BOOKING PROCEDURE
Bookings can be made online or by phone. For current up-to-date availability please click the “Book an Appointment” link. Please make sure to select the appropriate appointment type (Initial or Follow-up appointment) when booking online. Follow-up appointments are generally booked in person. 
Please remember to fill out online intake and waiver forms before your initial appointment. If for any reason this is not possible, please contact me when booking your appointment.

CANCELLED & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice will be charged the regular fee for the appointment, unless in the event of severe illness, family emergency or unavoidable circumstance.
Cancellations, no-shows, and chronic rescheduling may require that you prepay for future appointments.

ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC
To accommodate everyone, I make every effort to adhere to our scheduled time slot. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. If you arrive late we will only have the remainder of your booked appointment time.
Please leave your shoes/boots in the waiting room, and remember to place your phone on silent. Please do not leave any valuables in the waiting room.

​CLOTHING
The treatment is completed fully clothed. Please come to your appointment wearing comfortable non-restrictive clothing, ideally socks and long pants (preferrable not jeans).

You will be asked to remove any jewelry, watch and glasses for your treatment. 
Please avoid wearing perfume as some people have severe fragrance allergies.

HEALTH & WELLNESS
If you have an appointment scheduled and you are feeling unwell, or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, contact me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
If you would like to, please feel free to wear a mask during treatment. I am happy to wear a mask during your appointment on request.
